In psychotherapy, numerous challenges and potential conflicts can arise throughout the therapeutic process. Therapists may sometimes feel uncertain whether the needs of their clients are truly being met, which can lead to anxiety, frustration, or self-doubt about the progress being made in sessions.
The primary aim of this workshop is to equip therapists with tools to effectively "measure" progress from both the client's and the therapist's perspectives. Participants will learn how to identify common barriers that may hinder progress and explore ways to address these obstacles openly with clients. Through a combination of theoretical insights and practical techniques, the workshop will also examine the therapist's internal struggles regarding the perceived lack of progress, offering strategies to facilitate productive discussions and interventions with clients to improve outcomes.

Qualifications:
Stan Fireman is a psychotherapist with 45 years of experience. After working at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, he relocated to Monsey, New York, where he currently works at Serenity Center and has a private practice. He has extensive experience and pain management, family systems, and teaching in. Family medicine residency programs.
Learning Objectives:
