• Explain the role of memory processing and how to use EMDR, Brainspotting, and somatic modalities to promote adaptive learning and neural plasticity.

• Recognize the importance of social support and how to help clients build and maintain healthy relationships with family, friends, and community.
• Learn how to use relapse prevention techniques to help clients sustain gains made in therapy and prevent relapse into maladaptive patterns of behavior.
• Develop skills in working with diverse client populations, including those from different cultural, ethnic, and linguistic backgrounds.
• Describe the importance of self-care and how to promote resilience and well-being in clients and oneself.
• Learn how to use outcome measures and other feedback tools to assess treatment progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
