About the Presenter:
Dr. Rebecca S. Ashery is a leadership consultant, educator, and licensed clinical social worker with more than 25 years of leadership experience. As a commissioned officer in the U.S. Public Health Service, she supervised teams, managed large-scale programs, and successfully navigated the leadership, decision-making, and conflict-management challenges common to complex organizations. She holds a PhD and MSW in Social Work from The Catholic University of America, an SES (Senior Executive Service) Certificate from the USDA Graduate School, and a certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from Rutgers University. Known for her practical, real-world approach, Dr. Ashery provides supervisors with strategies they can apply immediately in the workplace.
